You can have as many cesareans as you want

While it’s true that some women do have more than one cesarean birth, each surgery carries its own individual risk. With each additional cesarean birth there are increased surgical risks (for example scar tissue formation and blood loss) as well as increased obstetrical risks to the mother in the next pregnancy. These can include placenta previa (a low placenta often resulting in increased blood loss) and placenta accreta (an abnormally attached placenta which can result in a very complicated surgery, sometimes ending in a hysterectomy).
